OUR PROGRAM
EMPLOYABLE HER is a workforce-readiness presentation for female students in Years 11 and 12.
Delivered face-to-face in a 60-minute school session, the program tackles the early drivers of workforce inequity for women in the age of AI. Unlike careers exposure programs, EMPLOYABLE HER builds transferable skills that hold their value, no matter how industries or roles change. We cover:
